1. Acceptance
By creating a PostLab account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PostLab.
2. The service
PostLab is a creator analytics tool that lets you record content across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and compare AI-created versus human-made performance. Some integrations (e.g. YouTube) read publicly available data via official APIs.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any platform's terms or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.
6. Plans & billing
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid features and billing terms will be presented at checkout when available.
7. Disclaimer
PostLab is provided "as is". Analytics are estimates intended to inform your decisions, not guarantees of outcomes. We are not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube or TikTok.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
